Dietary Technician - Clinical Nutrition

Schedule Details: Part Time, Day Shift, 32 hours a week

Under the supervision of the Clinical Nutrition Manager, the Nutrition Center Dietary Technician collaborates with the Pediatric Dietitians to provide nutritional care to patients. The Nutrition Center Dietary Technician is responsible for the preparation and delivery of infant and pediatric formula, and breast milk preparations, and preparation techniques must adhere to all sanitary regulations and standards established by regulating agencies and Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree -OR- Bachelor's Degree -OR- Registered with American Dietetic Association as a Dietetic Technician or registration eligible

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Nutrition or Healthcare-related coursework
  • Experience as a Clinical Dietetic Technician with population of ages to be served: infant, toddler, pre-school, school-age child, or adolescent
  • Acute care hospital setting experience
