How you’ll make an impact in this role
This is a wonderful opportunity for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join an established, employed family medicine team within a busy and well-respected practice. Working alongside supportive physician partners, you will benefit from a steady, built-in patient base and the full resources of a robust health system network dedicated to comprehensive primary care
- Join an established team of 5 physicians and 2 APPs
- Call structure: Phone only every 10-12 weeks
- Practice setting: Outpatient
- Access to embedded LabCorp, robust care management and social work, diabetes educators
- Employed position within a nonprofit health system
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
- Deliver comprehensive primary healthcare to patients across their lifespan by accurately assessing, diagnosing, and managing both acute illnesses and chronic health conditions in close collaboration with our physician partners.
- Design proactive wellness and preventative care plans, conducting thorough physical assessments, routine screenings, and immunizations to help patients maintain optimal long-term health.

What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Nurse Practitioner with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred.
Education:
- Master's degree of Nursing required.
