Role: Provide resident-centered nursing care. Administer medications, monitor health status, assist with ADLs, and collaborate with the care team.

Requirements: NY LPN license • BLS required • Reliable and team-oriented

Per Diem Expectations: 1 minor + 1 major holiday annually • Maintain required education
