We’re Currently Hiring:
Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN)
Perform patient health assessments and provide training support to Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs). This role offers a meaningful way to build connections and make a true impact — one visit at a time.
What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-home patient health assessments
• Train and support HHAs and PCAs
• Collaborate with a strong clinical support team to ensure best outcomes
• Maintain a flexible schedule with manageable weekly productivity expectations

What You’ll Need

• Active RN license in New York, in good standing
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Willingness to travel across NYC’s five boroughs and Westchester County
• Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese (preferred)
• Weekend flexibility (a plus)
