$37.12 - $50.11The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSE:Under the direction of leadership, is accountable for provision of competent direct patient care based on established standards. Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level. Supports peers in the delivery of patient care services and assumes an expanded role which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.
FT position available, days.
Recent acute care and oncology experience preferred. Responsibilities include: care coordination, telephone management, and patient education. IV skills and access device skills are required. Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrate autonomous decision-making, and have excellent assessment skills. Successful candidate must demonstrate a strong commitment to the UR medicine’s core values of people, excellence and teamwork.
