Sunday – Wednesday
AM Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

What You’ll Do

Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing / post-acute setting
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team
Document care accurately in the medical record
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff

What We’re Looking For

Active California LVN license
Skilled nursing, rehab, or post-acute experience preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
Compassionate and dependable
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
