Job Description:
- Performs all competencies in the Respiratory Care Assistant 1 position.
- Effectively offers preventative care to assess, educate, and treat patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies.
- Provides Respiratory Care using a Family Centered Approach.
- Assesses individualized patient cardiopulmonary needs and communicates them to the care team.
- Embraces the interdisciplinary care model and stays aware of changes, participating in data collection or auditing and understanding quality improvement.
Education Requirement:
Currently enrolled and in good standing in an accredited respiratory care educational program.
Licensure Requirement:
Current Ohio Limited Permit to practice respiratory care, required.
Certifications:
CPR, required.
