About the Job
We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team based in Sydney, NSW on a fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all clinical education of the Aesthetic portfolio within the assigned region.
Provide clinical assistance at educational events and KOL-led workshops.
• Deliver adverse event consultation and support to HCPs.
• Engage with and support the clinical development of KOLs & KEEs.
• Mentor National Contract Nurse Clinical Trainers and provide clinical input into training materials as requested by the Clinical Manager.
Ideally you will have
Experience preparing and executing clinical training plans across multiple regions.
Demonstrated ability to deliver clinical education to ensure the safe, effective use of Galderma’s aesthetic portfolio—particularly for new accounts, chain clinic HCPs, and beginner–advanced aesthetic practitioners.
Experience leading state-based Aesthetic Academy sessions, clinical forums, and workshops with local and international doctors.
Capability to educate, upskill, and mentor Commercial Sales teams, including contribution to CEP development.
Ability to create and deliver clinically relevant education aligned to marketing campaigns, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and Galderma protocols.
You must be able to demonstrate excellence in patient/client assessment, injectable treatment delivery, case planning, evaluation, and documentation during clinical training sessions.
A Div 1 Registered Nurse qualification is required, with prior experience in Cosmetic, Dermatology, Plastics, or Aesthetics essential to your success.
