Job Overview:
Through CarepathRX, Advent Health Home Infusion is an emerging home infusion provider, looking for talented individuals to assist in the organization’s focus on filling the gap in acute care home infusion services. Advent Health Home Infusion is licensed & accredited to provide infusion pharmacy & nursing services. An RN Provider Relations Senior Analyst is responsible for sales and marketing efforts at Advent Hospital-South Campus and for growing top line revenue of assigned acute therapies. Develops and maintains relationships with key referral sources. Use appropriate marketing materials and tools to convey consistent messaging across the organization. Works closely with intake and operations personnel to ensure patients are efficiently transitioned to AHHI.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains relationships with referral sources to increase referral volume.
- Serves as a key point of contact for patients, referral sources and AHHI team members.
- Provides hands-on bedside patient education.
- Serves as valuable resource for assigned referral sources throughout the intake, transitions of care process, etc.
- Conveys and reinforces elements of the value proposition appropriate for each account and decision maker.
- Works with internal (intake & operations personnel) and external (case manager, referring provider, etc.) vendors to safely and efficiently onboard and transition patient infusion care to AHHI.
- Effectively communicates with patients, family, case managers, AHHI team members throughout the discharge process to ensure successful transitions of care.
- Partners with the Business Development Manager to identify & grow referral source accounts. Provides business intelligence to assist in their strategic placement and allocation of time spent with assigned accounts.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse Licensure - Active and in Good Standing
- Clean Driving Record
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 environment (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Good time management skills
- Passion and empathetic approach to helping patients & referral sources
- Effective problem solving & communication skills
- Effective team player
Travel Requirements:
Willing to travel at least 20% of the time for business purposes
Physical Requirements:
Ability to communicate orally with customers, management, and other co-workers, both individually and in front of a group is crucial. Regular use of the phone and e-mail for communication is essential.
Sitting, driving, walking, standing for extending periods. Hearing and vision within normal ranges is essential for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents.
No heavy lifting expected; occasional exertion of up to 25 lbs. of force may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment.
Salary:
Competitive base and commission structure. Salary is determined based on experience and qualifications.
