Christiana Care - Wilmington Hospital seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our 4W Medical Surgical Unit.

The Unit

4 West patient population includes a wide range of specialties such as general surgery, orthopedics, plastics, bariatric surgery, trauma, and medical patients requiring telemetry monitoring. Due to the diverse patient population and variety of specialties, there are many opportunities for nurses to learn new skills, expand clinical knowledge, and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. Education & Experience Requirements:

• RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware.
• BSN required or commitment to obtaining a BSN within three years of hire date.
• One year of nursing experience in a hospital acute care setting is required.
• BLS Certification is required.

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
