Registered Nurse- Flex Team
Baystate Health is looking for a Registered Nurse to join their Flex team in Westfield, MA
The Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) provides critical staffing support across multiple inpatient and specialty units, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.
Float Pool RNs will work in the following areas:
- Medical/Surgical Telemetry
- Intermediate Care (IMC)
- Emergency Department (ED)
- Rehabilitation
This role is ideal for nurses seeking diverse clinical experience in a fast-paced hospital setting.
SCHEDULE & LOCATION:
- Location: Baystate Noble Hospital – Westfield, MA
- Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Float Pool
- Schedule: Full-Time, 36 hours per week
- Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Every other weekend required
- Rotating holidays

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Massachusetts
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN)
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification
- Successfully passed the Board of Registration in Nursing Examination
