Job Description:

• Up to $10K Sign on Bonus (if eligible)
• Up to $10K Relocation Bonus (if eligible)
• 4- 10- hour shifts from 1200 to 2200 or 1300 to 2300
• Manages assigned direct reports including recruitment, hiring, coaching, disciplinary actions, development, education, competencies, performance evaluations, payroll functions and staffing scheduling.
• Demonstrates critical thinking skills, creativity, and resource management to achieve quality performance and positive employee relations.
• Fosters a culture of psychological safety, where the team members feel supported, valued, empowered to speak up, share concerns, and contribute meaningfully.
• Promotes evidence-based practice, ensuring quality outcomes, and fostering a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous learning.
• Provides ongoing education and training to nursing staff to maintain high competency levels.
• Increasing patient experience with nurse leader visits, expectations are 100% of patients.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Must be a mature, self-motivated and self-driven individual who has learned is an excellent self-leader. [Required]
• Must be able to adjust to demanding hours, diverse circumstances, work independently and dependently of others and have a high level of effective collaboration with varying constituencies. [Preferred]
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to maintain flexibility in schedule and adapt to varying deadlines and changing priorities. [Required]
• Must be detail oriented and must have an excellent understanding of applicable nursing, clinical and patient statutory policies and regulations. [Required]

Education:
• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]


Field of Study:
• in Nursing


Work Experience:
• Related clinical experience you would expect of a person who has led other leaders. [Required]


Licenses and Certifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) [Required]
